Afer reinsalling windows xp to bare disk and updating windows with a load of security patches - patched up to date except for sp3. XP is installed to SP2 level. &nbsp;I updated IE6 to IE8. &nbsp;Now IE 8 launches with a black menubar, a black toolbar, etc. &nbsp;The Ttitle bar looks normal. &nbsp;Just below the titlebar, the URL line looks ok - we have an undorned desktop set to Windows Clssic style. &nbsp;How do we get the normal menubar, toolbar, etc.?
