Windows Server 2008 recovered user deleted files

Hi Guys,
can some one tell me how to recovered files that were deleted by user from windows 2008 standard NAS server? the user thought he has copied the files over and deleted the things on the server from his workstation. the deleted files are not in the recycle bin. Thanks in advance

If you have volume shadow copies enabled you can right click on the folder where the filed were and select previous versions.  This will allow you to restore the filed.

Otherwise it's from backups.

I dun have a backup for it. as the user copied files onto server and deleted them right after that. the backup only runs once daily.
is there a software can do the recovery?

i strongly suggest that you use " recover my file" software www.recovermyfiles.com  i have recovered almost 150 GB data exactly folder/folder without any issue...

There is no other way to do this than with 3rd party recovery software
