How do I create a simple Flash sound player?

I want to create a simple flash player that is similar to this one - http://whyy.org/cms/news/regional-news/2010/03/26/this-season-the-stage-belongs-to-shakespeare/34621

I would like to create this for a client and want it to be easy to update when changing the sound file.  Is this doable with a text file with song list or something?

I haven't used flash in about 5 years and will be using Flash MX 2004.
