We're running Windows XP on HP 7600's.<br />
One user has the Citrix On-line Plug-in installed for remote working on another site. (the blue circular icon).<br />

He is reporting that it is not remembering the IP address of the connection. He has to enter it every time he tried to login to Citrix. Other users have this version of Citrix but are not experiencing the issue. <br />

Have a missed a tick-box somewhere that remembers IP Addresses? Any help would be great.

Citrix Online Plug-in Issues

Citrix is the synonym for the virtualization and application infrastructure systems developed by the company of the same name. Main areas are application virtualization, Software-As-A-Service (SaaS), cloud-computing and networking. The two most well-known are Citrix XenApp or Citrix CloudPlatform.

Microsoft Windows XP is the sixth release of the NT series of operating systems, and was the first to be marketed in a variety of editions: XP Home and XP Professional, designed for business and power users. The advanced features in XP Professional are generally disabled in Home Edition, but are there and can be activated. There were two 64-bit editions, an embedded edition and a tablet edition.
