Yes but it's not just email to craigs list its many different companys or emails.
Yes add the PTR and Reverse DNS record for your mail server. All should be OK after that. I would also recommend adding an SPF record for your mail server for additional security.

I have never created a PTR kind of clueless as to what the best way to do this is?
Call your ISP or your DNS hosting Company and tell them that you need to add a PTR, SPF record for your mail server and they will do it for you.
Here is some more Information for you:

One more thing: This record has to be added to your External DNS server which in most cases is handled by the ISP or a Hosting Company.

Seems like your Name Servers are:
NS29.WORLDNIC.COM 205.178.190.15
NS30.WORLDNIC.COM 206.188.198.15
So call WorldNic.com and ask them to add PTR record for your servers. You Have three MX Records, and PTR should exist for all three:
5 aaaawning-net.mx05.spamher o.com 76.73.18.74
15 aaaawning-net.mx15.spamher o.com 74.207.231.82

Well here is how I have this server set up.
The web site is hosted on a UNIX box.
The mail is hosted on a SBS 2008 so I pointed the records to remote.xxx.xom
Network Solutions is handling the records for the domain. Is there anything I need to change on the server? I will contact the ISP to get the PTR set up.

I use spamhero as a spam service. I think WORLDNIC.COM is there ISP.
Birtch is our ISP. Who do I contact?
Birtch is our ISP. Who do I contact?
In this case, You have an easier solution, Get in touch with SpamHero and send them your header and since outside world see's Spamhero as the sender server of your mail, they need to fix it up for you. For PTR record for your server (SBS 2008) if it has a public IP ask your ISP to add a PTR record for you.

even though were only using them for inbound mail?
Oh That changes things, You Said "The mail is hosted on a SBS 2008 so I pointed the records to remote.xxx.xom", So I assumed that you were routing mail through it as well. Anyway Just Check and Let me know how you are sending mail outside ? Basically I want to know:
1. Are you using DNS to route email outside?
2. Or are you using a smarthost to route email outside ?

OK did a little checking worldnic is network solutions.
I not much of a exchange guru so I have no idea what it's using.

How can I tell? When we set the server up we used all the defaults and the mail worked.
Just had this little bug

So it means you are using DNS to route email outside. Exchange 2007 will not send mail outside on default Configuration, It needs at least one SMTP send Connector to send mail outside. Here is what I want you to do:
1. Got Exchange Management Console ==>Organization ===> Hub Transport Server ===> On right Hand side there are various Tabs and one of them is "Send Connectors Tab" ==> See if you have a send Connector Configured and then Check the properties and see how it is routing mail outside.
2. Call whosoever is hosting your MX records and Ask them to add a PTR record. If you are not sure who your DNS provider is, Check on your firewall what is the DNS address listed.
Summary of All: Just have your ISP or DNS Hosting Company to add a PTR record.

Ok so I called network solutions, they will not set up a PTR. I was told by them to use another DNS solution. So now do I transfer my domain names to a new provider who will provide PTR? or is there another solution. As of now they are our DNS provider.
Also I have one send connectior set up. It's set up as follows.
1. remote.aaaawning.net
type: smtp address: * cost:1
Under the network tab its set to : use domain system ((DNS) "MX" records to rount mail automaticly.
Under the sourse server tab: aaawningserver rule:Mailbox, Client Access, Hub Transport

Great, Now we have narrowed it down. Since you are not using any gateway to send mail outside, It is your ISP who has to add a DNS record for you. Or check with them what is the DNS server they have assigned for you. Believe me we are very close to fixing this thing. Also Do let me know the Public IP of your mail server (you can send it in a private message to: hilal.lone@gmail.com)

1. Create a Host Record (A Record) which points to remote.aaaawning.net and the IP address is: 65.16.216.170
2. Create a PTR record for the above Host Record.
3. Create an SPF record and add Your mail server to that record.

The solution is to add a PTR or Reverse DNS record for your mailserver. This PTR record should match your MX record. Contact your ISP or DNS hosting company and get it done from them.
Here is a solution that worked:
