How do I create a new admx?
I can't figure out what I am missing. I have a Windows 2003 domain, XP, and a few test Windows 7 workstation. I've installed RSAT on a Windows 7 unit and copied the admx and adml files to my domain %systemroot%\sysvol\domain \policies\ PolicyDefi nitions\ and %systemroot%\sysvol\domain \policies\ PolicyDefi nitions\en -us respectively.
I have turned on the RSAT feature and can open the GPMC, viewing my current ADMs. I can start to create a new admx file, but I fail to understand how I open existing admx files or remove admx files if they are part of the default (when created anew.)
What method replaces the Add/Remove Templates process? How do I create a custom admx file?
