Is there a way to suppress the "Accept" or "Decline" reply for a single Outlook appointment request?

I have a user that wants to send out a "tickler" appointment to a large number of individuals in the company.  She does not want to have to deal with the thousand or more "Accept", "Decline", or "Tentative" responses from everyone.  Is there  a way to suppress this when sending out an appointment request?

TIA

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
