I have a user that wants to send out a &quot;tickler&quot; appointment to a large number of individuals in the company. &nbsp;She does not want to have to deal with the thousand or more &quot;Accept&quot;, &quot;Decline&quot;, or &quot;Tentative&quot; responses from everyone. &nbsp;Is there &nbsp;a way to suppress this when sending out an appointment request?<br />
