How do I close page after downloading file in asp.net

I want to close aspx page after downloading file.

Once you done with your code and you want to close the current aspx page browser then put this code at the end of the process ..... which will close your current browser.



Dim strscript As String = "<script language=javascript>window.close();</script>"
If (Not ClientScript.IsStartupScriptRegistered("clientScript")) Then
ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript(Page.GetType(), "clientScript", strscript)
End If
