Recipient user name not unique. Several matches found in Domino Directory.

a user that working fine Friday when we all left came in this morning to discover that she cannot receive emails
when outside emails (and few but not all internal messages) are sent, the email bounce with the following message:
Recipient user name not unique.  Several matches found in Domino Directory.

I've looked at the company address book, this user appear only once
the server is Domino 7.0.2

found the problem:
someone (yes, she got her share of yelling) created a web user with the same name
Was not the solution.

A personal address book with the names got copied into the Domino Directory and caused the problems
Question has a verified solution.
