DCDIAG errors Windows Server 2003

We have a DC that is booting very slowly and I found a Microsoft support item http://support.microsoft.com/kb/285825

While it is for 2000 it talks about DNS errors so I ran a DCDIAG on DNS and got the following:

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is this DNS server configured to forward requests? Also, check the NIC card TCP/IP properties and ensure that (1) it points to itself as primary DNS and (2) It points to another DNS server within your domain (if exists) and not an external server.

Under Forwarders it says ALl other DNS domains and it points to itself in TCP/IP settings for DNS. DNS was only running on this server, I have configured DNS on a second sever and it appears to have replicated from the domain controller that has the original DNS issues. So point the secondary to that new DNS server?
dpcsitAuthor Commented:
Should I also point the second dns server back to the primary as the second entry on it?
dpcsitAuthor Commented:
Well heck I found out that I was running the wrong version of dcdiag, there are two on my system and it was calling the older version that was incorrectly posting errors.

The correct version for Server 2003 is 5.2.3790.3959 the older version is 5.2.3790.1830

Sorry for your work but its not really broken!
