Running msg.exe from a Scheduled Task script on Server 2008

I  have the following batch script (fax.bat):

IF EXIST E:\PUBLIC\Fax\*.TIF (
msg console /SERVER:OFFICE2 The Fax Folder needs processing!
)

This script looks in the fax folder of our server and then sends a message to anyone logged in to the Office2 computer.  I can run this code by double clicking or from a command prompt.  I cannot get Server 2008 R2 to run this script as a Scheduled Task.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

this should work as a scheduled task, what error do you get?

I get no error.  It just does not run.  It ran fine under server 2003 but it will not run under server 2008 R2 as a scheduled task.

I got it to work by using the built-in Administrators account.
