We have a user who recently left the company. It has been determined that he'll temporarily need to view some old emails to finish up his time sheet, but we don't want to allow him the ability to send emails or access any other network resources. I'd like to just give him read-only access to his email and the public folders in OWA, but I'm uncertain how to accomplish this. What would be the best methodology?
