service account was under domain admin. &nbsp;Swithced it as per instructions and rebooted server, everything works great.<br />

I have a brand new BESX server (v5.0.1.4) along with a brand new SBS 2008 server. &nbsp;Everything works great except calendar sync only works one way. &nbsp;User creates calendar on outlook and it syncs, user creates it on phone it does not sync.<br />

I'm new to besx 5.0 and don't really know where to go on this one. &nbsp;Any direction would be appreciated.<br />
