DELL 6448 Switch and multiple bootdhcprelay ip adresses

I have some 6448 stacked DELL switches and i am looking for a way to enable multiple bootdhcprelay ip addresses.  I am reconfiguring my dhcp scope to a split dhcp scope for redundancy.
i have one dhcp server on a 10.1.10.0/24 scope with dhcp scopes for 10.1.40.0/24 and 10.1.10.0/24 scopes.  my first dhcp server is 10.1.10.7 and is configured and working correctly on the switches.

I have created a second dhcp server 10.1.30.5 and will be creating the same scopes above but different ranges so there is no overlap.  I cannot find a way to add two bootdhcprelay ip addresses into the switch config so that if one server or service goes down the other is still online for redundancy.

The Dell switch only supports 1 dhcp server. I heard mention of a firmware upgrade that may change that but there is nothing in Dell documentation to support it.

There are a couple of alternatives I can think of. You could increase the lease time on your dhcp scope and use only 1 dhcp server. This way you would have time to recover from a dhcp server failure since the lease address woud be good for a few days.
The other is if you have a router on your network, use it to handle dhcp relay. Most routers can handle multiple dhcp relay addresses and with a trunk port into the switch it would be able to forward for all vlans.

Hope this helps

I just talked to dell support about a new firmware for this feature.  he tested the firware on the Blade system but not the stand alone 6448 siwthces.  He was able to enter both dhcp boot relay addresses on the blade switch but we did not actually test it.  He stated the firmware between the stand alone switches and blade swtiches would be similar but that it had not yet been tested on the stand alone switches.

Wanted to give an update for anyone following this feature set.  I too am looking to deploy a split dhcp scope for redundancy on my network and currently cannot without the need of extra hardware.
