How do I disable Remote Differential Compression on SBS2008?

I have a client with a SBS2008 setup who is complaining of an issue with some software, and the vendor of said software has told me to ensure that Remote Differential Compression is disabled on the server.

Having never even heard of such a thing, I don't know how to do that, can somone give me a pointer to the right answer?

You can disable by doing the following:

* Open the Control Panel.
* Open Programs and features.
* Click Turn Windows features on or off.
* Uncheck Remote Differential Compression.

Your instructions do not appear to accurately reflect the method in Small Business Server 2008, it doesn't have the programs and features like older Windows does.

2.On the Select Features page, select Remote Differential Compression, and then click Next.
