Exchange/Outlook - Cancelled meetings still showing in calenders
Hi Experts,
We running exchange 2003 at a server level and all user's running outlook 2007 SP2, on WinXP SP2 fully patched workstations, we have several meeting rooms setup as resources to allow staff to book meetings/appointments in them, the problem however is on occasions when user's cancels meetings, the appointment/meeting entry is not removed from the resources room calender, but rather shows as cancelled, is there a way to remove the cancelled meeting entry from the resource calender, so that staff can see the room as free during that particular time as opposed to see'ing the cancelled meeting entry in the calender - makes sense
