tracking message in outlook

after I did migration from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007. users complain that tracking message ( when they send email with opetion Request a delivery & Request a read of messge)

the message in sent items come with delivery time but no column for Read

also the Read notification in inbox come without the content of orginal message

The read notification should never come with the original content.

I don't believe that column appears before it gets a read receipt.

yes I know of receiving the separate reoprt for Reading notification and for delvivry notfication

I'm talking about users inside the domain and using outlook
Scenario: I sent email with Reading & Delivry notification option
Recpients Read email and I recevied the Read notification and also Delivery notification

When i go to my sent items to check that message and i press tracking ( i should see inside the message the delivery coloumn and reading coloumn )
but now i found only delivery coloumn !!!!

What version of Outlook and do you have "Process receipts on arrival" turned on?

Did you open the read receipt?

Moth of users using outlook 2003 but IT department using outlook 2007
yes " process receipts on arrival " turned on.

I submit attach file has print screen ( in this screen in tracking option u will not find Read Coloumn, inspite I received that, the Recepeint read the message
