Adding Manager Access to Lotus Mailfile from Domino Console

Is there a way to add an ACL entry for a user's mailfile through the Domino console; granting Manager's privileges? The problem is that I have a user's mailfile which no one in the organization is able to access; even the owner has lost access to this mailfile. Is there a command one can use to fix this?

That's in Administrator's menu: Administration > Full access administration

If you cannot open a db using FAA then you wont be able to alter the ACL.
Domino console commands are also a subject of Domino security (if you cannot edit ACL using normal Manage ACL in Domino Administrator then you wont be able to do it any other way - there's no a back door for Domino Security).

You can enable FullAccessAdministration in Administrator and you should be able to open any db that's not encrypted.

If the server is running on Windows you can launch the server client.

Just open the file nlnotes.exe on the server directory
