Do this :

get-moverequest | Remove-moverequest

It should remove it.

Hilal1924Commented:
Yes it will remove all requests :)

get-moverequest -MoveStatus Failed | Remove-moverequest

This will remove only the failed ones.

it still didnt delete it

i think i made a mess up, i deleted the user out of AD becuase the move request creates the user

i just tried creating the user again to see if that fixed it and the pre win 2000 username is already in use

ive got AD restore but theres two users with the same name in there, i have the mailbox guid but not the user guid

how can i find the user guid via the mailbox guid do you know?

thanks

HI , I am afraid this is a different question. And needs to be posted seprately. However try this to find the GUID of the user:

Get-Mailbox |where {$_.ExchangeGuid -eq "98fbbc49
-29ea-4573-99fc-c0da13964c79" |Fl *

Having Said that ""get-moverequest -MoveStatus Failed | Remove-moverequest""" ... This is the proper answer for THIS question.

Let us try this script (get-moverequest -MoveStatus Failed | Remove-moverequest) in a different way:

get-moverequest | where {$_.Status -like "failed"} | Remove-moverequest

get-moverequest | where {$_.Status -like "failed"} | Remove-moverequest

awilderbeastAuthor Commented:
yeah comes back with nothing

so the failed ones have been removed?

it still wont let me copy that user acrosst though :|
says that users already has an active request :|

Hilal1924Commented:
" yeah comes back with nothing", Yes it will come back with nothing since it removes it silently.

What is the user name, I will create a script for you.

But you gotta close this one though :)

Wait for some time and when replication Ad replication sync happens it will let you move the user across. Let me know if you want me to write that command for you.
