cisco 1800 cli command

What is the command to add the following line to my router configuration...

" permit tcp any host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx eq 443"  ie i want to open https to my mail sever

and what command do I use to remove such a line.

configure terminal
ip access-list extended <ACL_NAME>
permit tcp any host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx eq 443

To find out what is the ACL_NAME you need run
show access-lists command

1)
>enable
2)
#show access-lists
Have a look at existing rules
If the output is complicated and you are confused then post the output here
It will begin like that
Standard IP access list 1
    10 permit 192.168.19.0, wildcard bits 0.0.0.255
.....

3)
#configure terminal
4)
#ip access-list standard 1
5)
#1 permit tcp any host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx eq 443
6)Ctrl+Z
7)wr mem    -  Save configuration
