Is there anyone with any experience of autoroute? We have autoroute on a Terminal Server and every so often the application hangs. Event Logs show about 8 Event ID 11014. There is also an application hang, Event ID 1002. <br />

The description for Event ID ( 11014 ) in Source ( RouteService ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. Autoroute, Server 2003 Terminal Services Hang

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server. Important upgrades included integrating Internet Information Services (IIS), improvements to Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP), and the migration to Automated System Recovery (ASR).
