create a new restore job and then go into microsoft information store/mailboxes/user and select which email message you want to recover

I know this but I want to know what options I sdelect under microsoft exchange redirection tab, under setting -general tab, advanced tab and microsoft exchange tab.

If you are wanting to restore a single email, you shouldn't need to redirect, just allow BE to put in back in the user's mail store. Now I don't use GRT, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
