Go to Control Panel -&gt; Internet Options -&gt; Advanced, Scroll down the list until you find &quot;security settings,&quot; &nbsp;- Uncheck the following check-boxes: <br />

<ol type="1">
<li>check for publisher's certificate revocations</li>
<li> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;check for server certificate revocations</li>
<li> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;enable integrated Windows authentication</li>
</ol>
<i>(the above option may be a bit differently named for your version of OS)</i><br />

Restart IE and try to open OWA, let me know if it helps.<br />
