Setting up Organization Wide Signatures in Outlook 2007

I would like to know if its possible to set everyone's signature to the same thing in Outlook 2007

For example, currently they can change their background image (say like a background that looks like a piece of paper vs just plain white), they can have pictures etc. I'd like to find a way to set it dynamicaly based on some information and then lock it down.

No email backgrounds but white

Signature contains the following
User's Full name
User's Job Title
User's Company (all the same in this case)
User's Phone Number
Possibly a company logo
 (jpg, or png)
All of this information is contained within their user objects in AD

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't think you can do that. Signature is a client side thing, controlled by outlook profile on the client machine, not on any server.

You could use a Transport Rule to add a disclaimer onto the end of your messages that is a standard message?

In Exchange 2010 we can use user variables I am not sure if you can with 2007 but you might want to have a look at: http://csolarz.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!DBA51C9F747ECD38!531.entry

no this can only be done with exchange 2010 transport rules, exchange 2007 does not support variables
