I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If its a whole Wiki site you can use the Move function in Manage Content and Structure on the Site Settings menu.

Else you could browse to the location via webdav (windows explorer view) and cut/copy the files from one Wiki Library to another.  Wiki Libraries don't have the Windows Explorer view from the actions pull down so you will need to just back out to a document library that has the option and then do the folder up/down as required to get to the Wiki Library, then just cut/copy the ASPX files and browse over in Windows Explorer to the new Wiki Library location and paste them.
