Problem: can not access web pages using https with a certified certificate after node fail over. Http access works. 
 
Experiencing issue with cluster fail over. SQL works fins but IIS does not work proper. Everything works fine on node A. When the cluster is failed over to node B. Sql works fine but the IIS will not work with https which is required. 
 
IIS 6 will not load web pages that are required to use https when the cluster is failed over to node B. 
 
What has been done: 
ssl certificate has been removed and reinstalled many times. 
Anonymous unchecked tested and re checked. 
Added use to security allow anonymous. Now when iuser is added back it does not work. 
After making many changes now we get you do not have permission to view this page. 
 
Cluster is working. It seems to be related to the certificate. Any ideas how to reset everything. Can the virtual web server be reset?

All current versions are built on a modular architecture; modules can be added or removed individually so that those required for specific functionality are installed. The full installation of IIS includes HTTP, security, content, compression, caching, logging and diagnostics.

Microsoft IIS Web Server

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server. Important upgrades included integrating Internet Information Services (IIS), improvements to Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP), and the migration to Automated System Recovery (ASR).
