I'm running (testing) Windows 7 (32bit)...
Having a problem updating signatures for CA's E-Trust ITM 8.1 - basically it gets just a little bit into downloading updates, then it closes. It gets to the same point every time (it apparently finishes downloading "masteritm_81.xml") then closes (see screenshot).
I've tried downloading from both the default location (which works for all our other machines running WinXP when I initially install the software), and from our server which all machines download from regularly. Neither location is successful.
Also note that no firewall software is running that would block it.
