Please Enter a Valid Password" error during the install of the BlackBerry Enterprise, and Professional Server

Trying to install Blackberry 5.0 software on Windows 2008 server.  During installation prompted to "enter a valid password" even though the password entered is correct.  According to a TID on Blackberry's site, you need to

Allow at least NTLMv1 connections.

Computer Configuration/Policies/Windows Settings/Security Security/Network Security: LAN Manager Authentication Level = Send NTLMv2 Response Only. Refuse LM

I've done that and still get the same message.  Have run gpupdate /force on all machines.

Hi, make sure the BESadmin account is a local administrator of the SBS2008 server (via AD > Built-in > Administrators).  Also please ensure the BESadmin account is set to Log on Locally and Log on as a Service.
