When I first began using the system, I plugged my DS-2 into the USB base, the DSS software would open, download the files, the files would delete from the recorder, and it would be ready for my next day in the office.<br />

I have not changed the settings, but now, when I plug the recorder into the base unit, the DSS software doesn't open automatically any longer. &nbsp;If I open it manually, it will automatically download the files, delete them from the DS-2 as intended.<br />

I'd like to restore the automated start of the DSS software again. &nbsp;The option setting in the DSS is set to automatically launch when the recorder is detected, and I have restarted the PC too.<br />

Any ideas?
