This could be the printer spooler (old / bad print drivers) before you restart next time try this to fix it:<br />
<br />
1. Stop print spooler.<br />
2. Go to the system32 folder in Windows.<br />
3. Open the Spool folder.<br />
4. open the Printers folder.<br />
5. Delet everything inside the printer folder.<br />
6. Restart the print spooler. That should fix the problem.<br />

We have a customer that is running Windows Server 2003 Standard Terminal Server. They use Microsoft Office 2003. We upgrade to Office 2007 and now they complain of lockups. We do notice a lot of application hangs for EXCEL.EXE and OUTLOOK.EXE. Anyone have any ideas on this one?

Terminal Service Locking Up After Office 2007 Upgrade

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server. Important upgrades included integrating Internet Information Services (IIS), improvements to Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP), and the migration to Automated System Recovery (ASR).
