PHP Session continuity across http:// --> httpS://

when i switch to a secure page within the same site, my SESSION variables become invisible to that page, yet, when i go back to a standard http:// page, they're there.
How can i access them across the change to https://

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

wow that was quick,  THANKS

I can adapt from that (it's the right solution)
you need to destroy specific session variable
unset session if you dont want them anymore when you switch to https to http

the problem was KEEPing the session vars when changing contexts.
sending SessID as a GET parameter to be restored seems to be the ticket.
i am glad you sorted it out
