Exchange 2010 OWA Attachments not working any longer

OWA has recently stopped allowing me to see Attachments giving me the following error:

An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handled.

Also see attached image for the error.

I used to have Forefront security installed but I uninstalled it thinking it may have been effecting this.
I used to have Umbraco installed but I uninstalled it for Wordpress.

I removed and reinstalled Exchange Client Access but it did not fix the problem.

When I turn off "Direct Access" from the Exchange Management Console it will show me the attachment name and tell me it is blocked.

This problem has been plaguing me and I can not figure it out it used to work and I am unsure when it stopped working.

Any and all help will be much appreciated.

I will attempt to update with more information when I can.

Thanks, Scott

It's an IIS issue through the OWA site.  You'll want to get the default permissions for the site and change them accordingly.

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

After running the rollups it fixed the problem.  I agree with boho2112 that it was probably a IIS issues so I am splitting the accepted solution.

Thanks both of you :)
