Windows 2008 Bootmgr Missing

Ok here is the deal I have a Windows 2008 R2 ESX Vm that had a single HD. The single HD which is the the system drive was getting low on disk space so I did a V2V on this server to increase the disk space that mount this VMDK file to another Vm to expand the volume. Now I'm getting a BOOTMGR is missing error on my newly expanded volme. I have read multiple KB artilce on booting from the install CD then clicking on repair. I did the and it does see my instal but it states the media I'm using it not correct?? Yet this is the exact same media I did the orginal install with?

How can I fix this? Can I some how copy these files from another server???

Please help???
