Cisco SA-VAM not supported in 7200 series 12.4(24)T

We have a Cisco 7206 NPE-225 with a SA-VAM card.  This card worked great under IOS version 12.4(24c), but after updating to 12.4(24)T the card is now shown as unknown.  Below is the "show diag".  Cisco's site shows that this card is supported in this version.  The bootstrap version is 12.3(26).

We moved from the 12.4(24c) version because OER was broken.  In the new version 12.4(24)T VAM is broken.  Anyone have any recommendations on their experience in tracking down a solid IOS version?
