"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Theva,

To improve the report I believe you need more milestones. That way people can assess whether you are ahead or behind in any given project. To have just a start, an end and duration really doesn't tell a reader anything. Break down each project into several separate stages and put start and end dates for those intermediate stages as well as whether you are on-time against those dates.

The added advantage is that it is also easier for you to manage the projects as you and the team can see what has been achieved and whether it is on time.

Hi Patrick

Very helpful If I have one sample, I can use this sample as my model.

Theva,

Perhaps the report in the attached file is a little more visual. Have a look at the Conditional Formatting for the coloured cells. Note also that the length of a stage in days determines the end date, not the other way round.
