Can't Send Emails from BES Account after Exchange Updates

Hey Everyone -

After a large group of Windows Updates (64 updates) including a few updates for Exchange Server 2003, I noticed that the single user on the BES cannot send from his BES account on his Blackberry. I have SBS 2003, Exchange Server 2003, BES Express ver. 4.1.4

Here's Exchange Server Udpates Installed:

Exchange Server 2003 Security Update for Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (KB931832) - Non-cluster
Exchange Server 2003 Security Update for Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (KB959897) - Non-cluster
Exchange Server 2003 Security Update for Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (KB950159) - Non-cluster
Exchange Server 2003 Update for Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (KB924334) - Non-cluster
Exchange Server 2003 Update for Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (KB926666)

Im Getting the Following Errors in the Event Viewer:

Event ID: 20472 - {user@domain.com} Send() failed: ERR_SUBMIT_MAIL, Tag=16089
Event ID: 20265 - {user@domain.com} MAPIMailbox::Send(ppMAPIMessage) - SubmitMessage (0x80070005) failed
Event ID: 20000 - BIPPaClient::Connect: Error calling host "localhost" [127.0.0.1] (10061)

Im not sure if all of these events occured at the same time (think that ID 20000 was always around),  however, I hope this sheds light. The setup I had before had worked great for almost a year!

I gues that this is pemmission issue, can you re-apply permissions required for the BES account on that user, restart the information store and try again.

I've already re-applied the "Send As" permission but with no luck. Are you saying that I should also restart the Exchange Info Store as well?
Yes do that

I really appreciate the help. I feel that I could have searched however for the answer as it was already a solution in Expert's Exchange that I was forwarded to. However, shreedhar pointed me to it!
