make fields read only in infopath form

I have an infopath form which has a button that on-click submits to a sharepoint server, i need to make the fiels inside the form read only after submition so that no one can change the values of the fields after being submiteed, i dont want to use Digital signature.

I there any way that we can add a rule in the button

(use the expression box to make the fields read-only).  Disable the submit button on the infopath menu bar and create a submit button on the form that they have to use.

On the submit, create a rule that switches the view to the read-only view and switches the submit button on the form to a button that only closes the form.

hope this helps

Thanks akshay0309:,
I've made the button that submits the form & disabled the menu bar submit, but how i can make the read only view?

With InfoPath 2007 you can set an entire view read-only in view properties.  So copy your main view and then set readonly.  In 2003 you would need to change your fields to expression boxes or set each field readonly.
