It looks Up now and seems to be working fine. Could be that IMSS was not getting connected or routed via your firewall. Or the ISP itself could have been down.

From our end what I am observing is that the SMTP banner is not being reflected while a probe a telnet to the Mail exchanger of ktc.com.my.

As you know the banner would be the primary signature of a mail server accepting SMTP connection from another server. We are observing similar cases with all our outgoing MX servers. This would be the main reason as to why the mails are not getting delivered at the recipient domain: ktc.com.my.

Also would like you to know that I had simulated a test scenario from my id to yee.sv@ktc.com.my and the mail had been acknowledged. Attached is the mail for your reference. There had been an inordinate delay because of the recipient mail server not accepting connections from our Wipro outgoing MX servers but finally it got delivered. I suspect that the acceptance would have worked fine on that occasion which actually led to the delivery of the mail. Below are the logs of the delivered e-mail.

58.26.193.35 , This server looks like to be a Unix Mail Server (Postfix or Sendmail) and there is nothing wrong with the banner. Usually banners are suppressed to not expose what is the mail server version etc. Did you do a full telnet test including sending a test mail ? If that Succeeds, I don't think there is anything wrong with the banner. One thing that is not right here is that they have not specified the "HostName" which should have been included in the banner. Ask them to add the Host Name in the banner and minor glitches such as ReverseDNS, etc will not affect mail delivery.
Currently though. This server seems to be down.

Thanks for your idea. yes it's because my firewall problem, what i did was take out my IMSS server and by pass firewall and add another NIC to allow the email forward to my exchange server and the problem solve.
