Freelancer agreement contract

Hi,
we are looking to hire a freelancer to build us a web site (logo + webdesign). I need a free template or an example of such an agreement between a freelancer and us (small business) which would be defining the scope and conditions of the work.
I found a few sample documents on the web, unfortunately none of them is free. I am looking for a simple 2-3 pages legal example.. Does anyone posses anything like that? Briefly the document should state something that all rights of a freelancer work belongs to us, that he/her should keep any exchanged information confidential and cannot copy or otherwise distribute any part of the project/deliverable.
Any help would be highly appreciated..
Thanks.

While an NDA is common enough with any kind of contract work, the stipulation of copyright ownership is a little more difficult to enforce.  When dealing with freelancing developers, many (i.e., *all* the developers I know) use libraries of their own design, or open-source libraries, to make their work easier.  Much of development is rehashing the same work over and over again, on many different projects.  Over time, I have built up my own libraries that I consistently use, and if anyone is going to own the IP on them, it will be me, and that assumes I do not release them into the PD.

Not to say there are not any options at this level, but there is a rather fine dividing line.  For example, the actual structure of your database may be proprietary, but the developer's use of a public library to access and display data from that database is not.  In many cases, that library will be open source (jQuery, AJAXToolbox, etc.).  Likewise, the CSS design of your site is obviously yours to own, but the library which automatically generates a form for your styled contact page is not.  It is a bit like creating a blog using Wordpress, then asking that no one else use Wordpress because it infringes on your IP rights.
