WLAN Authentication problem

I'm trying to get my wireless clients to authenicate with my RADIUS-server via EAP, but i get this error all the time:

Authentication Details:
Proxy Policy Name:            Use Windows authentication for all users
      Network Policy Name:            -
      Authentication Provider:            Windows
      Authentication Server:            server.domain.local
      Authentication Type:            EAP
      EAP Type:                  -
      Account Session Identifier:            -
      Reason Code:                  1
Reason:                        An internal error occurred. Check the system event log for additional information.

AP Controller Cisco 520 synchronizes with Windows 2008 NPS. I use the standard connection request policy with P-EAP and certificate, and a network policy with the same certificate.
