Flash transparent background

Dear Experts,
I use Flash8,
I import a png file which has no background color ( transparent)
I want to use it wihtout background in flash, the way yahoo used ( please check the attachment)
how can I use transparent png file in flash?

I want to use the flash file transparent ( without background)
the png files inside is already transparent..

it's a param called wmode which can be windowless or etc. (have to check it out)
