Creating ICA connections from Wyse S10 terminal

We have a Wyse S10 terminal that we can run an RDP session to our citrix server, but when trying to load an ICA session (server or published app) it just flashes up a grey screen and does not run anything.

Cannot see any error logs on the terminal or the server.

Any ideas what we can check or change to get this working?

what version of ICA Client you have? and, also what Hot fix Roll up pack are you using on server?

If you have XenAPp 4.5, then try to switch back to HRP03 and see if issue happen or not?

We have Metaframe XP 4.5 (not needed to upgrade before so leaving as is really).

Tried a Wyse S10 and HP 5510 - both open a window and show they are connecting, but then drop again before they reach a logon prompt.
Uninstall the client, and in the registry check this key:
If there is something listed there Export/save it (just incase) and remove it. Reinstall the client and retry the connection to CItrix.

It appears that the problem lies with our Citrix servers - we have two new servers coiming in shorltly and will be rolling out a new version of Citrix on these anyway.
