Exchange self signed certificate

Hello Folks
I have the following message arriving in my eventlog
MSExchangeTransport ID:12018
The STARTTLS certificate will expire soon:

So with a bit of research I discover this is a self signed certificate for Lan based services and I can create a new one using the New-ExchangeCertificate cmdlet,

Some questions though.

One has to specify which services it should support.
Can I tell from the old certificate which services it is supporting.
Can I just specify all services

We actually have a CA certificate installed on our server for OWA so I guess I shouldn't include IIS in the list of services to self certify. My concern is to not cause issues with the CA certificate.

Your advice is much appreciated

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you only use it for SMTP you may only want to enable SMTP.

Well if you run Get-ExchangeCertificate | fl  from the Exchange Shell Console it will output which services are enabled on which cert.     Yes if you have two certs you can leave the one alone for IIS (OWA) if its not going to expire.    To reissue your self-signed cert:
