Backup Exec 11 - Update SERVICE PACK 5 failed to install
A customer's Backup Exec is unable to update. When we log in to Backup Exec we see the following:
"Update SERVICE PACK 5 failed to install. Review Backup Exec installation log for more information"
Looking in the BE installation log, I see the following:
Symantec Backup Exec (TM) 11 for Windows Servers Patch Log : SERVICE PACK 5

What is the source of the patch? Is it a downloaded file, CD, network share, etc? I have seen problems depending on the source.
