pop3 connector: POP3 e-mail was retreived with errors

Hi,

I receive an error when I want to retrieve e-mails with a pop3 connector on an SBS2008.

I think the error occurred because there was a loop between e-mail addresses. The e-mail address from which the pop3 connector download e-mails was also a forward address for the e-mail address where the e-mails where send to.

The forward is disabled, but the pop3 connector still logs loop errors and don't download the e-mails.

The server has already been restarted and the pop3 account has been recreated.

There are several other pop3 accounts from the same pop3 server which work fine.

Does anyone has an idea?

Can you get to the pop account via webmail?  If so, delete the offending emails and you should be good.
Is there a specific reason you haven't moved to having mail come direct to the server?
