ReadyNAS NV+ Not showing full drive space

I have a netgear ReadyNAS NV+

originally the 4 bays were full with (4) 750GB Drives

I changed the drive to (4) 1.5TB Seagate ST31500341AS Drives

The Available disks on the interface show: 652/652/652/1394GB Free per drive.

I am trying to figure out how to fix this so it will utilize all 4 drives properly

Anyone?

Did you download the add-on software to support the larger volumes you'll now get with the bigger drives?

I was really excited and tried it

Now the NAS booted and say ERR: Bad Firmware

That error is due to the erroneous configuration of the drives and, if you just want to get the space, try removing the 3 drives that were showing the wrong size.
