Uninstall programs from Windows Server 2003 not listed in add/remove programs

hi, i have noticed recently that there are a number of applications installed on one of your productions win2k3 servers (poker stars, party gaming) i don't know how they got there and i'd like to remove them in the first instance, then i'll try to find out where they came from but i'm anxious to remove them asap.  as they're not listed in add/remove programs i was hoping someone could suggest a method or application that i could use to do so and that's safe to run on a server.  thanks.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try installing CCleaner, that will probably show them.
