Outlook macro to search a folder and return email addresses

I could use some help getting started writing a macro for Outlook 2003.  What I want it to do is search through all messages in a specified folder and return a list of all email addresses found in the message body.

I have some limited experience with Outlook macros, but usually can just modify an existing one to meet my needs, not start from scratch. I wish Outlook had a macro recorder!

Once it runs, how do I retrieve what is in the Collection to view the list?
The code above dumps the list into the Immediate window, so from the VB Editor hit Ctrl+G to see the Immediate window, and just copy and paste the results.
Perfect -- thanks!
