Open Active Directory on the Exchange server...open the account properties for the user you want to forward the email from...Select Exchange General...Forwarding Address....

there you go

Can you rephrase the question? There is only one Exchange server so when you forward from one email account to another do you mean on the same exchange server?  Or do you want an email sent to a user on your Exchange server to be forwarded to a user on the outside (like yahoo.com)?  I am assuming this based on your question.

Forwarding is done relatively simply in Exchange 2003.  You setup a mail contact first with your outside email address that you want forwarded to.  Then you go to the internal user in active directory and there is a tab that allows for forwarding of emails to a different user - select the mail contact that you had created with the outside email there, and if you want a copy sent to the internal email user too make sure that checkbox is also set.

Of course, it's easier if you want the email forwarded within the same exchange organization - then you don't even have to create the mail contact.

My active directory is on a different server.  I do not have fowarding address spot on the active directory on that server

No you need to click on the Exchange General tab in there you will have the forwarding...  You need to do this on your Exchange server or on a server that has the Exchange tools installed.
