I'm trying to figure out exactly which devices are shown in the attached screenshot that need to have their device drivers installed so that I can download & install the right drivers.

What are these devices/Exactly what device drivers need to be downloaded for these devices with the yellow exclamation points next to them?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Go to the device in the Device Manager>Rt click>Properties.....

Go to the Details Tab, and highlight the long string....Theres a drop down at the top, it should be on Device Instance ID (XP, might be a tad off on the verbage)

Press control+C to copy it....

Looks somthing like the following....

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9581&SUBSYS_30C5103C&REV_00\4&171B8011&0&0008

Go to http://www.pcidatabase.com, and enter "9581" (no qoutes) into the Device Search box, and hit enter.

When you see results, if there are multiple ones, use the Vendor ID (1002 in the above example) to narrow it down further....

Change the values in the example to match your own Instance ID string.....

Now that you have identified the device, you can get the right drivers .....

Is this an OEM system? The MFGR website is usually the best place to get the drivers. Come to think of it...

That might be a TPM device....
